RESPONSIBILITIES
Creative developer of all food and food related concepts for Royal B Developments LLC.  Oversee and monitor all kitchen activities to optimize the profitability and function of any and all kitchens owned and operated by the company.  Ensure that policies and objectives are accomplished through proper training for each and every kitchen employee.  Responsible for the organizational structure, appointment of key personnel and coordination of the procedures used by the Executive Chef, Sous Chef and all other kitchen management positions.  Ensure the company’s goal of consistent high-quality Creole cuisine by maintaining original recipes that have proven successful for over 60 years.
