RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibility in all aspects of planning, purchasing and implementation of restaurant concept.  Oversee and monitor budgets and start-up costs.  Optimize profitability and return on investment.  Insure that all policies and objectives are established and followed by personnel to create the “Royal B” culture of teamwork and hospitality.  Oversee daily operations while constantly striving for improved services and cost reduction to further profitability.  Responsible for organizational structure, appointment of key personnel and the coordination of department heads.

Evaluate each staff member’s professional contribution while setting goals for both short and long term growth.  Conduct regular meetings to insure targeted goals are achieved, to promote a pro-active approach of problem solving and convey a philosophy of team communication.

Identify and examine markets for future growth of the Royal B concept and introduce systems for multi-unit support.
